    oki, the only thing i can see looking at helvetica's excel sheets is that 163 has a continuous legend, and 164 appears to have a break in the legend above the bust between the T and I. so i'd say 163 as well.

    RIC is not consistent about giving a separate number for the split legend but they did here. 164 is listed as very rare while 163 (this) is common.
