OK, here is another oddity in this collection that I picked up.. Grade and value? Might be another one heading for ebay. But then again I kinda like it..
Personally I wouldn't bother asking that someone as there's no doubt it's plated (and coming off to a large degree). One of those neat things to put in a cup by your desk, or sell on Ebay for someone else to.
