Considering purchase, mint mark question.

    I'm considering buying this for around $25.00. I'm thinking it is a fair price, but not a great deal either. I was looking at the ngc price guide and it has 2 different mint marks for 1924, the only year minted. I dont have a lot of experience with these types of coins, where is the mint mark on it?     Looks to be a small mark just at the lower right of the date on the first side pictured?
