I have 50 consecutive 2006 kansas city $1 notes that seem to have errors on several of them. The last number in the serial # on several of the notes is lower than the rest of the serial. Any value added from this error since they are star notes or are the errors too small?
its really hard to tell from the pictures. but from i can see the shift isnt drastic enough to warrant a big premium
