How much more desierable/valuable do consecutive notes carry if any? The reason I ask is because the other night I was going through some things I got years ago from my grandma and came across some consecutive 1963 $2 United States Notes that she got from her brother. Any help help is appreciated, thanks.

    oXjAW,

I am not a currency collector, so if someone else has better information please jump right in. From what i know I do not think it does make a huge difference, however there are collectors who specialize in consecutive serial numbers that you may wish to seek out.

Until then i did find this site: http://www.uspapermoney.com/

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,
    Stan
