Connecticut Colonial Please help with ID

I have had this Connecticut Colonial copper for some time, and hope that someone can help me out with:
1) ID the variety;
2) Grade?
3) Rarity?
4) Value?

P.S. I hope that the reverse pictures are okay, if not, I'll try again tomorrow, or whenever the sun decides to appear again.

Oh, and the defect on the rim I do believe is 'as made'.
