I fell it is proper to compliment Heritage Auctions for their congenial and nice way of filling a request of mine. Back in December, I had requested a copy of the FUN coin auction catalog using a coupon number from Coin World. I received an email saying they received my request and would send it. Well I didn't think I had received it. Somewhat disappointing, but not true. Today, with the rain and humidity, a USPS notice of attempted delivery of a box from Heritage stuck to my daily mail. It was dated 12/31. I checked on the USPS site and it appeared to be at the local office still. I hustled down there and they searched, but it went back on Tues. I called Heritage ( Thanks again Tiffany) and said I didn't want them to think it was an incorrect address, and offered to pay to have it redelivered so I could have it at least for reference. She checked and said my address was good and managed to find an extra catalog for me. I wanted to give her my charge card number for postage, but she declined and indicated it was part of the way Heritage treats their customer base. I was treated as if I was a big customer, which I can't be, as I wish. Just wanted to say a good thing about the company, their personnel, and their service. Jim
Yep. I've only dealt with Heritage once and it was about a problem I caused. Handled in a VERY professional and understanding manner. Chalk up another one in their plus column.
That's why I pay close attention to Heritage auctions. I have always been treated as a valued customer. Scored some two centers from FUN this year as well.
I have only had a couple minor conversaqtions with them, but they have always been pleasant and seemed to try to be helpful.
I just won my first auction with them Tuesday. I have had no problems yet, I'll post the coin I won when it arrives.
Jim: Over the years I have done quite a bit of business with them. This company is first class all the way. when I order notes from an Auction, I always get delivery notice even before I pay my invoice. I asked about it once and was told that I was a premium customer and had earned that from my past history with them. I always try to pay as soon as the auction is completed or when my invoice post's. Now days, I get a delivery notice before my invoice notice. Great organization and they will on day handle the collection of RickieB Regards, RickieB
