I've been looking for this for quite a while.
I want it for my birth year set.

One problem at the moment is that I think the price is too high.
But it has the "Make Offer" option so I could at least try that.

The only other immediate drawback is that the seller is in the UK.
I dislike committing that much money to an international purchase.

Do you see anything else that would cause you to pause?
    Particularly the coins themselves?

On the coins I would say they are not a particularly well matched set - the one and the three seem brighter than the two and four. Price is high, as you identified - I would think GBP120 was nearer the mark.
Also note the seller has "UK BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED" in his description, so you would need to discuss that with him.
Feedback looks consistent and he seems to deal a lot in Maundy, so that fits.

I see what looks like rim or edge problems on the 1d and 3d. I would hold out for a more brilliant set. This one is too dark for my liking, probably just stored improperly. My opinion.

    @PaddyB
    Thanks.
I missed the "UK BIDDERS ONLY ..." part.
    And I was thinking GBP130.
I'll have to contact him about S&H also.

I agree with your "stored improperly" observation.
And I don't need the best coins since my birth year set is just a fun thing.

As for the "International" issue, the only place I've bought from other than the US is the UK & never had a problem with shipping other than the cost. Of the 8 or so transactions I've had the last couple of years, I have found the dealers to be very agreeable, negotiable & attentive (although I do not recognize the one you posted). So it should only get down to whether you like them for the price you can get them for, considering the shipping cost also. (Never had a shipment from UK take more than 10 days.)

The issue that I see is that, in MS-60, NGC Retail Pricing for the 4 Coins is $226 - you'd end up paying $261.80 at his price with shipping. I'd make an offer of under $200 for sure, if you're serious about getting a decent price... But that's just my opinion. It does seem like a bit of a difficult set to come by, though. Either way... I always say... "If you want it, Buy It!".... it is worth whatever you want to pay for it!
