    I wouldn't know how you'd tell a website is credible just by looking at it.

    I checked a couple of things:
    1: When attempting to check out, the site went to SSL which is good.
    2: I looked up who owns the domain name:

    That all seems to be in order. Part of the good news is that the name has been registered for the past 8 years and the name of registration matches the name of the development group on the site itself.

    3: The phone number is available, so before making a purchase I'd call and ask the guy a couple of questions about the coin (this is to get an idea about him and not the coin).

    I don't see anything particularly alarming.
    Maybe your first purchase should be a tiny one.

    It appears to be a one-man operation, and he gives you his name up front.
    He appears to deal only in TPG slabs, which lessens the risk of fraud.

    I agree with the thoughts above, nothing alarming.
