Collar Break Error?

    Would you consider this a collar break error? Not sure. From what I read, I think it might be. If it is, what would you consider the value to be? Thanks everyone!

    Thanks for the answers. One more question, and please excuse my ignorance when it comes to errors...what is a "rim ding"? Is it an error?

    It's damage caused from somthing hitting the rim with a good amount of force. Looking closer I think it might have both an error and damage. The mark that you show on the edge is definitely damage... tho the extra metal in the letters could be a minor error such as a small die break... hard to say for sure from the pics.
