This lot consists of a 2018 proof commemorative crown from the Isle of Man. This handsome coin commemorated the 65th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's reign. Here is the Numista page with specifications. (That page lists a mintage of 10,000 pieces for Uncirculated coins but doesn't mention anything about proofs?) The coin comes in a plastic holder. To the best of my knowledge, all of the nicks and marks seen in the pictures below are on the holder, not the coin.
