What, exactly, are you seeing that makes you question the possibility of being a DDO? Sometimes (meaning almost always) it helps to describe or clarify when asking such a question. That said, I can't make out much of anything worthwhile from the posted photos other than it's a cent that's been around the block a few too many times.
