Coins on Law and Order

Not a show I usually watch. Or ever watch, for that matter. But I was walking past the TV and saw "Numismatic Society, NY" on the screen, which obviously caught my eye. An episode of Law & Order, "Survivor" 1996, a rare coin dealer is murdered. Check it out!

I've seen that episode, it was pretty good.

 

I'm waiting for the episode where they beat down on E-Bayers selling Chinese counterfeits ! :hammer: :computer: :hammer: :computer: :hammer:

 

Yeah, I've seen that episode twice because I noticed it was about coins. Mostly ancient coins I think.

 

Isn't that the one where the rich guy claiming to have the coins conjured them up from an old catalog and the daughter of the original owner (holocaust victim) killed the dealer trying to recover the non-existent coins.

 

Well, in order to not spoil the episdoe for people who haven't seen it, I'm gonna say no

 

If they haven't caught it since 1996, they're probably not ever gonna watch it.

If you're 13 years behind in your television-watching, you're going to encounter a few spoilers here and there.
