Greetings, @Basileus Antialcidas — Here is a group of coins that won’t cost you a fortune from the period of service of Valerius Gratus. All of them were in circulation during the youthful lifetime of Jesus Christ.
The only thing to watch out for are dealers selling widows mites at insane prices to ignorant collectors, who think it's impossible that a coin from the time of Jesus actually could be affordable.
There are many choices such as the ones cited above. The book to which @dltsrq posted a link is an excellent reference. Here's a coin of another Judaean Procurator who ruled during Jesus' youth: JUDAEA, Procurators. Marcus Ambibulus (9-12 AD). Æ Prutah (17 mm, 2.11 g, 12h). Jerusalem mint. Dated RY 41 of Augustus (10/11 AD). KAICAPOC (of Caesar), ear of grain curved to right, dotted border. / L-MA (year 41), eight-branched palm tree bearing two bunches of dates, dotted border. RPC I 4957; Meshorer 315; Hendin 1331. Well-centered and very well struck. Reddish –brown earthen deposits with gray highlights.
The following coin was struck in Jerusalem under Tiberius. It's a Prutah from my old folders. Sometimes I wonder if Jesus, his Mother or any of his apostles might have touched that coin !
