Hi Everyone, Been checking out European Modern coins lately. Thought these coins were interesting. I really like the artwork, looking like old woodcut engravings with an antique finish. Patterned after Francysk Skaryna's Works. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francysk_Skaryna I can't read Cyrillic but i like them still. Have these coming from Vilnius, Lithuania. That Skaryna series I like, especially the side with the city views. For many years Belarus has been a coin-less country; they would issue pieces for collectors, such as the ones you show here, but none for circulation. That changed about two years ago - with the New Ruble, the country also got circulation coins ... Christian
