Coinfind with detector

Here's a off center coin i found with my detector ,the coin was not in the ground it was above the ground, i did clean it with some solution to take the grit off.

Cool! Got my metal detector yesterday and found a 1989 Quarter, lol... I'd love to find an old wheatie or something.

 

Metal detectors are fun, and you can find some cool coin, but it does take a little patients at first,when you look all day ,and don't find anything,but back to the searching i always say

 

That is truly a 4 star find. Ihave found myself a new place to search, but I don't want to say because I know of a few people who peek in at CT from time- time. I have to look out for bears though. It is very grown over and hasn't been frequented since the early 1900's. Its gonna be a challenge I'm looking forward too...
