I present The Official U.S. Mint 50 State Quarters 1999-2008 Album produced by H.E. Harris & Co., licensed and approved by the United States Mint. I bought this around 2001 from a Barnes & Noble bookstore (or was it a Borders, or maybe Vroman's...whatever). It's a P&D, 100 coin album that I subsequently filled with the statehood quarters I gleaned from spare change. Some of the coins appear to be toning an overall golden/brownish tone.
