I am new to searching coin rolls, and I am also apparently a bad "hunter". Is there some secret verbiage I'm supposed to use? LOL. The bank apparently only has 2017, 2018 new rolls, and they said they are unable to tell if they're circulated or not. Wondering if there were other venues. (Sorry in advance if this - which it likely is - is another stupid question.)
Welcome! Ask them for customer wrapped rolls (CWR) that have been turned in. That way you get whatever customers are bringing in instead of what was rolled by coin logistics companies. Welcome to the world of Coin Roll Hunting (CRH).
I used to hit all the convenience stores in my area obviously they won't sell you $25 box but they usually sell you six to $8 worth. Dave
