    Not an ancient coin.

    What does the lettering spell out?

    Can’t tell they are really worn the one or two I can see look Latin probably religious medal of some type just wanted someone else to cast an eye over it because I wasn’t sure with it having no hole or fixing for a chain.

    I would say its a church or communion token.

    Most likely a communion token. That is a heart in front of the church.
