coin or medallion

    I have found a coin
    on the front side it says carolusIII dei gratia 1786
    the back side sayshispan et ind rex m 4r f m it has a crest with a crown above it the crest has 2 lions and 2 castles in it.
    can anyone help me to identify this

    sounds like a 4 reale coin of Carolus III (Charles III) minted in Mexico Spanish colonies me thinks.
