Coin Machine Reject Finds

    I found some coins in the reject bin today, including a 1931-S Buffalo Nickel!

    Here's a list of what I found:

    • 1980 1/2 Frank Switzerland
    • 1997 5 cents Australia
    • 5 Clad Quarters
    • 2 Dimes
    • 1 Nickel

    31-S Buff is pretty great. Low-ish mintage and a semi-key for free. Hard to beat since it's a decent VG and can retail anywhere from $10-$15.

    The 2023 Red book lists 1931-S in VG condition to be $18.
