Coin id help

    Hey, anyone able to Id this coin, it weighs about 50 grams-If it is even a proper coin! I've had it for 25 years, my dad had it for 20 years before that. He is not certain but he thinks he dug it up. Any advice / opinions appreciated as I can't find any info on any similar coins but that said I'm no expert. Many thanks
