coin help - russian coin

    hello.. i have a coin colection but i dont know the name of a russian coin that doesnt have any information like numbers or understandable names.. so.. if anyone of you know which coin is this.. i would thank you. i would like to know the name of it and date.. and its value...

    This is a U.S.S.R. 1967 50 Kopecks,which was issued to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution of 1917,which overthrew the Russian Provisional Government of Alexander Kerensky in November ( October by the Julian calendar) 1917.

    Value - unfortunately not a lot as some 50 million were minted.

    Y#139 is cu-ni-zinc, valued in the 2007 Standard Catalog of World Coins 20th Century 34th Ed. at $1 VF, $1.50 XF, $2.50 Unc, and $3.5 prooflike. Total mintage was 49,789,000.
