Coin bar

I thought this was a cute story. I wish they had a bar like that in Baltimore...would be a great place to meet up after the show! I wonder if "Penny" in the story is the "Penny Lady".

Interesting story. I wonder if there is any truth to it at all. I know there are bars with the old West theme, bars with all types of guns or knives as thier theme, so why not a coin bar?

 

It would be nice! Btw, which pick-up line did you like the best? ...#8 made me smile.

 

I've been telling my friend for years he needs to add more stools and some beer taps to his coin shop. I figure the more I drink the more coins I'd buy, especially if the bar top was the display case top.

Cute story is right! Reminds me of the humor article in The Numismatist, written by Jerry Cestkowski. Anyone ever catch his creative articles? Some of them are downright hillarious!!!
