I am going to add a collectors area to my site BidCoin.com. What should I put there that would interest coin collectors?

I'm not sure what your site does now, but one thing that I bet some people would find useful is if you had a search engine that would trend out the realized prices of X coin and X date in X condition for the past week, month, and year. That would probably be hard, unless people had to populate fixed fields for those values in order for it to work, though.

For a 'collecter's area' - what do you mean? a forum, or what?

For collectors area I mean the site si an auction so the collectors area would be everything but the auction.

rick - that is a very good idea, but probable very hard to implement you could do it every 3 months and maybe every month.

Maybe a link to this site as well as links to specific information, many have been provided by our highly knowledgeable moderators. ALSO, I just got a 1909-S-VDB cent at your site for less than $25 ! I guess some prices are very low because it's just starting.

Not slabbed, pitted and cleaned, but it looks good, I will get a pic or 2 up soon also.

I was just hoping it was slabbed...since there are fakes out there...
You might want to send it to ANACS...it would get a NET grade but at least you would be able to sell it better maybe.
