More than 1 or 2 "withdrawn" feedback is a very bad sign, and this guy has 23 to go with his 19 negs and 25 neutrals. That means he has cut deals with 23 dissatisfied customers to give them their money back and/or withdraw his retaliatory negs if they will withdraw the negs they gave him.
