CoinCommunity which is also a nice forum site has a member's auction section http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=60 You have to be a member for 14 days and have 50 posts, there is no charge, and I have always found the members ( I am one also) to be very considerate of description, but most of them may not be as good of graders nor notice problems as well as this site, although many here are members there also. Well, someone mentioned this site to me once, but I never bought anything from them: http://www.propertyroom.com Click on "coins and currency"
Your open forum only allows one post per week per person doesn't it? Or can I make more than one post as long as it is for a different item?
True. No, but you can list an unlimited number of coins in your single weekly post. Members could then PM you about the specific one(s) they are interested in.
The Auction and Open section here are not the same, as the auction section is to list auctions one is holding elsewhere such as ebay, and neither section allows postings such as public bidding, so you can't really auction something here. I don't mind that, it is just a rule that I respect. Auctions on forums are usually better for the buyers than the sellers in my opinion. Jim
