Is there a good App I can download on my iPhone that will provide fairly accurate pricing when I'm at a coin shop or antique store?

I use CoinFacts app, and it gives a good description of U.S. Coins, for world coins, I just go by the weight, unless they have some silver in them.

I'd have to say no because any app like that would by necessity have to rely on a price guide of one kind or another. And there is no price guide that is in any way accurate - not a single one ! Every price guide there is isn't worth the paper it's printed on or the bandwidth it requires.

The one and only thing you trust when it comes to the value for any given coin are realized prices from major auction houses. And no, that most definitely does not include ebay !

And even when you do use realized auction prices from major auction houses, the best you can you hope for is a price range where one end of that range could be and more often than not is double what the other end of that price range is. And that's for the same coin, graded by the same TPG, with the same grade, and sold within a month or two of each other. And sometimes, even sold on the same day. And in extreme cases, even sold in the same auction.
