It was the Centennial, not the Bicentennial for Lincoln cents, first made in 1909, and, yes first year was 1938 for Jeffersons.
But the 2009 Lincoln series was indeed for the Bi-centennial of his birth...1809-2009...not of his 1909 portrait. Also noticed they left out the "wheat reverse" designation, plus some inconsistencies with dates/no dates with pennies and nickels.
