Clump of yuk or copper

    C3908CEF-14C1-4E2C-84C5-7841AB135EF0.jpeg I have this 1961 Penny that has a clump of something on it ,not sure if it’s copper or yuk .I can see a p on the clump in the back ,but could be that a coin stuck to it.
