Clipped planchet

    I would like to purchace this coin from a friend. Nether one of us
    could come up with a value.
    I would like to know what people think a Fair Value would be for
    a Clipped Planchet Error such as this one.

    There's also a " DISK " clip between the L & I of LIBERTY .
    Which also shows between HALF & UNITED ..

    You probably needed another cup of coffee before posting the info about disk clips. They do look similar but the weakness opposite the clip in this case, is called the Blakesley effect.
