I have always thought the history of cutting pieces of eight was pretty cool and have been looking for one of the cut pieces. I want one that is cut in half, quarter or in 1/8. I believe these are also often referred to as bits. I just want a nice example, preferrably prior to 1800. If anyone has one they would part with please let me know! Thank you!
