Clipped Penny? 1976 D Penny.. Thoughts?

    Found this in a coin roll from a liquor store I always get rolls from. Heard all about em but first ive see. Any thoughts? Clipped? Damaged? Fake? Would love any input. I am new to the site and I love it all so much but I've only been hunting for about 5 months. Thanks everyone.

    Ok I thought so. Thanks all. I have read up on Blakesley online. Just always different in person when something is right in front of you, I was doubtful but hoping.

    The edges, opposite the (alleged) clip should show signs of poor (weak) striking. OP's coin exhibits full strike......
