Clipped or PMD

    Still new to the various types of errors. Looking to get some input on how to tell if the difference between a clipped planchet or post mint damage.

    Found this 2011 yesterday, what do you think??

    From what I am looking at , both are clips. Notice how both rims taper into the clip and both seem to show the Blakesley Effect. (Blakesley Effect - when the planchet has a clip, there is little to push against during the rimming process. Thus the rim is weak/non-existent directly opposite the clip.)
