The color seems off. Is that because of the white balance setting? No "Like" until I get an answer and/or see different photos.

Is this a way to boost the likes?

The pics look as if they were from two different coins.

One is an idaho quarter and the other is a SLQ Quarter, so yeah - they are two different coins

Oh and the third one is called a Peace Dollar. They were reportedly supposed to celebrate the Peace after the great World War to end all wars (someone forgot the 200 year war).

Which, BTW - is every good question. Why was there no silver dollar minted to celebrate the end of the 200 year old war? I for one need an answer to that.

Well, I can say this, Nobody here survived the flu epidemic of 1917, for which that coin was at least partly celebrating, except for Doug, and that is really really saying something.

That's pretty common on Type 1 SLQs the reverses often have a satiny finish . Of course Rubens blurred reverse pic doesn't help . Plus I like the coin . :)

the OPs SLQ is a great coin. too much nit-picking over photos in this forum. look at luster and strike, its fine.

Yes, I like the coin, but mine is nicer. Don't ask for a picture, all the photographers on here have slammed Brooklyn about his pix. Mine would be worse.
