    Team Cointalk,

Here are my recent ancients which I've had soaking in olive oil for the past few weeks. If you recall I'd posted an earlier pic and the oil appeared a light green tint. Here they are again and it appears much darker :) When I find a good one, I'll post it.

Here is one which is turning out to be a nice surprise. The back is still coated pretty well. Any ideas?

Can't quite make it out yet but when that last layer of crud over his head comes off,it should be easy...I'm guessing Claudius II,you can see most of the name from 12 to 3 O'clock.

I still think it's Claudius II aka Gothicus, the reverse is one he used often, FORTUNA standing holding rudder and cornucopia. The mint mark might be Siscia.

    Thanks Guys,

I'm not using my regular computer which has my bookmarks (wildwinds, etc.) thus leaving my to the mercy of others to ID my coins and I'm grateful for the help :) My computer should be back tomorrow. Alas, even Apple's fail ;)

Thank you Bone, but I am not an expert, and don't want to be. Some others, like Mikjo0, are much more knowledgable than I am.
I just like to share the little I know, if of any help.
