cleaned/retoned?

    I'd be more concerned about its authenticity than its grade.

    I set the limit for buying non-certified coins from Ebay at around $20. The coin toning doesn't look natural to me [a non-expert].

    Looks like someone tried to scrape the toning off the reverse.:hammer:

    Yes it's possible it's AT - but I don't think it's been cleaned & retoned. On a retoned coin typically the toning will be pretty even over the whole coin. I wouldn't bid on it either way.
