Cleaned or still Brilliant?

Found in a bulk foriegn bag. Has no wear, and some luster left. Verdict?

Looks like a harsh cleaning in my opinion.

It’s very harshly cleaned. Any luster it had is gone for good. That’s one of the reasons we don’t clean, it’s irreversible, the luster-loss. That’s because the flow lines that are responsible for the luster are broken down.
