Cleaned or not?

    Sure looks like it's been harshly cleaned. Does not look like a DMPL. And no, it's not worth getting slabbed.

    Maybe PL, but definitely cleaned. 84-O is one of the more common dates in DMPL, so it should be easy to find a nice one.

    Agreed. It definitely looks cleaned with the rainbow highlights in the hair from the suave or pert shampoo they used, lol.

    Pictures in a 2X2 are useless.

    Take the coin out.

    And
    Rule #1: Cleaned? If you have to ask, then it is.
    If it wasn't cleaned, you would know

    The light refraction in the window of the 2 X 2, particularly on the reverse side of the coin has a swirl effect. If it is the coin, it's cleaned. If it is the window of the holder, you need to remove it to be sure. Unfortunately, it does look like it was cleaned.
