I was looking at a site with several $2.50 Indians in XF-40 that have been cleaned or polished for $100 each. I would think most of the collector value is gone due to the cleaning and they would be worth close to bullion value. If I'm reading the Red Book right, they are about .12oz of .90% gold. That would put the gold value of about $45-$50, I think. Would you pay $100 for one of these coins or would you feel that was too high? Thanks for the help.
