Clay coin-like plaque thing?

Hello! I'm not sure what this is but it looks like some kinda clay replica of ancient coin. I'm hoping that you gents can tell me who is on the plaque or what coin denomination this would be. (if it were a coin)

yes it looks like Alexander III (the great) but not with a lion skin, but more like a tetradrachm of Lysimachos: Head of Alexander the Great, wearing taenia and horn of Ammon.
