Clashed die?

I see potential feathering at the bottom of Kennedys face.

Better but a couple different angles and crop the image if you can to just show the coin. It will help bring the coin forward and show the surfaces.

 

These clashes are from the rays above the eagle. Do you mean something like this?

That's not under Kennedy's face as the OP mentioned.
I say it's nothing
