Can anyone venture a guess on grade and/or worth?
I think this is a beautiful token, and I have not seen another like it with the doubling on the date. Any ideas?

Nice doubled '3' in the date.An American collector could help you here.

Id of this Civil War token is 80/351a. While relatively common at an R3 rarity rating, it is starting to get a little scarcer. R3 indicates that between 501 and 2000 of this die pairing is thought to exist. The #80 die is the designation for the Indian head, of which there were 66 different Indian head dies used to make patriotic Civil War tokens. Die 80 is only paired with reverse die 351, although the 351 die was used with other obverse dies. I would grade this token a low end XF, which Kanzinger valued in his 2002 catalog at $22. All of the tokens struck with the 80 die have the doubling in the date. This die pairing was also issued in brass (5-10 known) and copper-nickel (1 known).
