    Hello All,

Found this bad boy in circulation some years ago and forgot all about it. Just "refound" it while going through squirreled away stuff. Looks like lamination on the reverse at about seven o'clock. Has anyone encountered something like this? Any input is welcome.

It does look like it was struck through some metal more than lamination. I never encountered anything like this.

    P98 is correct - it's a detached
rim burr that was struck into the
    reverse.

Nice find for a circulation coin.
