Circulated 1942 D/horizontal D nickel...some questions

    I was wondering if it was sensible to slab this coin.

    1. would the spot on the rim near the date make it ungradeable?

    2. PGCG cost would be more than the coin is worth (postage + $19 + $25 for the variety attribution), so I was thinking ANACS.
