I got a 1935C Silver Certificate today as change. Serial # T75008895D. Nice and beat up. I just find it cool that I got one in circulation. What fun! Defiantly a keeper, even if in cruddy condition. :high5:
yea, that ones in good shape. Some little kid stole it from his dads collecton then stuffed it in his pocket all crumbled up. Try flatening it out in a book or something and then it will look great. Nice find
Now Im looking at it again. That crease down the middle the long way, thats a familiar crease. It kinda looks like it came from the gentlemans club.
Nothing cruddy about that note. No tears, pinholes, writing, staples, etc... That's actually a pretty clean note, just a little circulated is all.
nice find. you wont find very many at all in circulation! those that are found, are only recenlty put into circulation by somone spending it. once there, it wont last long!
neat find! its probaly harder getting a silver certificate in change than it is getting a silver coin in change. even if that bill is still beat up its still worth $2.50 or so. :kewl:
Yeah, either it finds it's way into a collection, or the shredder. I prefer to think of one making it into a collection. Phoenix
Everytime I send out a strap of mutilated/unfit $2 bills, I feel like I should be having a funeral service or something.
