Friday, I picked up ten cigarette cards. I can't find a reliable site for pricing.
Any idea what these cards are worth and where I can find a good site for information and pricing?

    Thanks

Everything I saw via google says 1880-1890's. Saw one ebay auction for $500 but don;t think they sold.

Thanks. They measure around 1" x 2." About a month ago I was browsing at a local gem/mineral show when I saw a group of forty mining cigarette cards for sale but didn't buy them because I'm not familiar with them.
When I saw the Lady cards Friday I just had to buy them. Next time I see the mining cards. if they're still available I'm going to buy them.

    1880-1890's makes sense to me.

you have a mix of n-182 (the ones with the white background) and n-185 cards. n-182 was issued in 1889, while n-185 was issued in 1888. they typically range from $5 to $25 retail, depending on condition.

Thanks. what does n-182 & n-185 mean? I guess i did OK paying $15.00 for all of them.

it's the cataloging number, like a krause number.
