Both look like they're based on late Kushan designs, with the king standing on obverse and Siva with bull on reverse. These were issued in many varieties by several different groups in the central Asia/northern India region for a few centuries starting in the 200s AD. I might be able to narrow it down, if I have a couple of spare hours to search through Mitchiner...

Many cultures made similar looking coins, late Kushans, hepthalites, northern India, etc.
