Up for sale is the finest steel cent I have ever had the pleasure of owning. This one has two errors. The one which gives it the value is the D/D mint mark. The second error is there are two separate die breaks in Lincoln's suit. I believe that if this were to be sent in to be slabbed and graded it should get at least a MS65 grade but I think this has the potential of as high as MS67. The finest known 1943 D/D steel cent grade is MS67 with 12 known examples in that grade. I am asking $275 for this wonderful example but I am open to all offers. The shipping on this will be on me.
