Republic of China - Taiwan. 5 and 10 Yuan, the latter is dated year 73, the former year 79 of the republic. China became a republic in 1911, so 1984 and 1990.

    Both are copper-nickel, no silver.

The 5 yuan coin is actually dated the 78th year (not 79th) of the Republic of China which would be the year 1989.
